Start Wars Character Template?

So, in the interest of immersion, I would like to dig deeper in our characters this time. I've actually been doing this a lot lately, and it's really made my interest in the game, and connection to the characters all the better.

Name: first, last

Age: How old is the character?

Gender: Male, or Female

Appearance: How does he/she look?

Personality: How does this character act?

Likes: what does he/she like?

Dislikes: what does he/she dislike?

History: what shaped your character’s life?

Other: something that doesn't fit in the other categories.
